I re-installed DrawCut on my computer or switched to a new computer and now DrawCut claims that this license is already in use and can’t be activated.

Your license is already activated through the previous installation. We can release your DrawCut license. You can request a release by filling out the form at https://goo.gl/forms/gRjerUc8Z0oRQDVN2


DrawCut license release requests made through this form will be released once a day at 4pm Monday through Friday You will then be able to re-activate your license usually on the next working day after filling out the license release form
